Located just off US-192, Margaritaville Resort Orlando brings Jimmy Buffett’s "no worries" lifestyle to the heart of Kissimmee. The property is split between the main hotel and the charming "cottages"—tropical vacation homes painted in vibrant pinks, teals, and yellows.

The Vibe

From the giant flip-flop sculpture in the lobby to the constant soundtrack of island tunes, the theming is relentless but fun. It feels like a high-end beach house party.

Island H2O Water Park

Right next door is Island H2O, a tech-themed water park. While not technically part of the resort (separate admission required), staying at Margaritaville makes it incredibly easy to visit. It’s one of the most modern parks in the area.

Sunset Walk

Across the street is the Promenade at Sunset Walk, an entertainment district with live music, restaurants, and a movie theater. It’s a huge perk of staying here.
